To refill your exhaust, disassemble it, completely remove the old glass wool, clean each part and check all parts for cracks or other damage. Put the inner core back into the exhaust body. Start filling the exhaust at the rear end by wrapping strands of glass wool around the inner core and push it with an appropriate tool towards the front end of the exhaust. After the Escape is completely filled, you should be able to push it in another 2-3 cm. Never fill too tight! Now assemble the cover and seal the Escape with high temperature resistant silicone such as Nural 29.
